Customer Components

 

1.

Special Edition - Souvenir Packet

Includes a personalized calendar displaying your dealership’s full-color logo, a 5x7 photo of your customer, their name and vehicle information, your sales consultant’s name and a full-color presentation box.  Calendar contains a two-year pad with famous quotations and trivia questions (and answers), and a customized and personalized letter that thanks your customers for choosing your dealership and serves to highlight the souvenir packet components enclosed.  Also included are self-adhesive stickers to mark service appointments, special occasions and other important dates / holidays throughout the year.

 

 

2.

Dealership Letter / Questionnaire

Each questionnaire—designed to put you at every delivery without being there—includes a message from you and comes personalized, pre-addressed and housed in a postage paid envelope.  Questionnaires focus on the customer’s buying experience and provide detailed information about the customer, and can be customized to fit your dealership and clientele. Also included to help capture referrals is a Customer Referral Card.

 

3.

VIP Service Club Card and Key Tags

Both cards—housed in a presentation brochure display your dealership’s logo (up to 3 colors) and any other customized printed option on the front.  The back of each card has a barcode that contains the last 8 numbers of the VIN as well as any other optional printing.  Both cards are designed to be scanned or swiped by your service consultants to provide convenience and save time during the check-in process.

Holiday and Special Occasion Cards
1st & 2nd Year

Designed to keep you and your customers connected for years to come, these customized cards come pre-printed with your dealership’s name and address inside.

You choose the special occasion(s) throughout the year that you would like to have us direct mail these cards to your customers on your behalf.

Cards sent within the first two years following delivery are die-cut and include a wallet-sized photo of your customer’s delivery; three- and four-year cards can include a custom-printed message of your choosing on the inside.

Customer and Supplementary
Information Cards

One Customer Information Card provided to each sales consultant displaying the customer’s delivery photo on one side and their information on the other to provide a visual when contacting customers.  A Supplementary Information Card that comes with preprinted callback dates to help identify the time frame—as selected by you—when your customers are due to be called and provides a way to capture additional customer information.

 

 

 

 

 

2.

Sales Consultants Evidence Manual

Help your customers make a personal connection with your sales consultants by sharing personal accomplishments and photos of the consultant’s life and family. These evidence manuals also have room for wallet-sized photos (provided by Cal-Pro) of previoius customers taking delivery of their new vehicles. This provides sales consultants a great way to show customer appreciation.

 

 

 

 

3.

CD-ROM Slideshow

Our CD-ROM, with accompanying software containing digital pictures of your customer deliveries, allows you to create a slideshow. Giving you the opportunity to display and share your customers’ delivery experience on a monitor or television on your showroom floor or high traffic areas in your dealership. It also allows you to build a digital library of your customers, giving you the option to upload those digital pictures to your own software giving you a visual, especially when doing follow-up.
